Trust you have recovered from your spill, but more importantly, that you aren’t suffering from Long Covid, as it’s called.

Bit of a sore, bruised thigh for about a week but that’s just age delaying healing. No “Long Covid” as such but lungs definitely not 100% recovered and I do tire a bit more easily. That may be a result of a drop in fitness and a slight increase in weight 🤔🤫

Well, hopefully whatever the glitch, it’s short-lived. Hard to believe January is over. Only another 11 to go 😉
